Need to have a Global Search on the screen header

For Global Search, it was defined by business that the functionality should work based on keyword, finding anything related to it across the Application screens, and then presenting the itemized search results for the user to view and choose between them. This Global Search would be added on the screen Header.

The global search field is present in all the portals and on the designer studio, could you please elaborate what exactly are you trying to achieve?
