Global search is not working
Hello Folks,
Global search is not working on the Pega instance hosted on cloud. Status is showing as unavailable and indexing is not working. We don't see anything in the search index folder.
Troubleshooting steps already performed:
> Reindexing of all the classes
> Restart of the pega instance (database & application)
