Global Search and Local Search not working for Press Enter
Hi,
global search is not working for press enter in PRPC 7.2.2 CPM 7.2.1,
i checked with casysadmin, search on enter event worked fine.
i checked with another operator pointing to different access group, search is not working
can anyone help me?

You could use Live UI to check whether the other access group is using a customized section or control for the search field. You could also try comparing using Fiddler or Tracer.

As Carissa mentioned, have you compared Fiddler/Tracer of both the user?
There are certain configuration as well related with search,
From the Search landing page, you can enable and disable full-text search, and configure the directory where the index files are stored.
