Need to have the "Default" SMS Channel?
Hi,
I am configuring the SMS Channel to be used in Pega Marketing, and I was told by the implementation team (External Vendor) that it is a must to have the "Default" SMS Channel (no matter if it has a valid configuration or not).
I really doubt this setup.
1) Please advise if I can change it to other name? I.e. I will not have the "Default" SMS Channel in the channel list.
2) Do I need to modify the Campaign if there is already 1 using the "Default" SMS Channel and I can change the name?
