NBA Designer Templates User Guide
Hi,
May you help me to find the user guide for NBA Designer Templates please? Reviewing the merketplace´s template for Banking Retails, link bellow, it provides a link for the user guide, but the link sends to the Pega Marketing Product page, the user guide is not there, same in the CDH product page:

Did anyone get this error while importing the Banking NBA template? attached error screenshot
Hi Francisco,
The documentation on how to use NBAD templates is a part of the Pega Marketing User Guide. There is a separate chapter there on the topic titled "Importing Next-Best-Action settings from a template". There is no separate user guide that is titled "NBA Designer Templates User Guide". I apologize for the confusion and will have that updated to be more clear.
If you still have issues or confusion after reading the chapter in the Pega Marketing User Guide, please let us know and we will try fill in any gaps.
