Javier, Have you scrolled to the bottom of terms & conditions page to ensure the download button is enabled? Once you do, the button becomes blue. Then when you accept the T&C, the download happens...it should download a zip file with the prefix Healthcare. If you have tried that, please try with a different browser (or review your browser security settings) in case its being blocked by the security settings on you browser. I just tried it and it worked for me.
