Wrong Quick Start Guide for NBA Designer Template for Healthcare

I am downloading the Quick Start Guide of NBA Designer Template for Healthcare but I am getting the insurance industry version. I guess there is an error in the link:

Thanks for reporting this! I can also replicate that the Insurance Quick Start guide downloads and have reached out to the Product Owner asking them to take a look as well and update that link.
