We invoke Pega service case via Pega Mashup in Salesforce web page.

When pega instance (cloud) is down, the mashup page in Salesforce is empty. If we access the pega cloud instance directly, we can see the '502 Bad Gateway' message.

How can mashup show a similar response that the pega instance is down?

We need the auto-generated mashup code to have the ability to notify user with a friendly message when Pega instance is down. Pega instance might be down before the mashup is launched, or while the mashup case is in progress. In both the cases, the mashup should notify the user.
