No case types in drop down for Mashup
Hi there,
I am trying to create a mashup in our UAT environment, but the case type drop-down list for the "create new work" action is empty. There is one case type defined in this environment. Our application works normally otherwise. The Mashup works fine in our Dev environment which has the same case type defined. I tried this in IE and Chrome. We are running PEGA 8.1, PegaCLMFSRet 8.1 and CustomerService for FS 8. I am attaching a screenshot. Does anyone have a suggestion?

It turns out my operator lacked one access role which meant it didn't have the CanCreateWork privilege for the case type. Besides that, I realised that I didn't need to create a mashup in all the environments. Once the mashup host successfully tested in Dev, they managed to test fine in the other environments by just substituting values for host, port, etc. Thanks for the help!

Is the case type listed on the 'Cases & data' tab of the Application rule and the checkbox selected? You could trace the loading of the D_StartingFlows data page in each environment and compare.

Yes. The case type is listed and the checkbox selected. I can see in the trace that D_StartingFlows is completely absent. Everything else works fine in that environment.
