PEGA 8.1 Instance down

Hi Team,

We installed fresh instance of PEGA 8.1 with Tomcat 8.5.23 last 6 months back into our sandbox it's working good.

Last three day we are facing issue PEGA 8.1 instance automatically going down we did cleared PEGA cache files,VM temp files deleted and also restarted Server still we are facing same issue.

WE are requested to someone help us for any suggestion to up PEGA 8.1 instance.
