Manually Adding Customers to a List Segment

I want to manually adding customers to a List Segment, but now this list is empty.
This sscreen shot is attached.

Now I don't have customer data.
That's why this list is empty.
Is it correct??

Use App Explorer in Designer Studio and bring up instances for PegaMKT-Data-Customer. If you don't have customer's listed there, none of your segments will get populated.
