Manager with PegaRULES:WorkMgr4 role is not able to modify Configuration setting value

Hi, 

We have Configuration Set and Setting , visible on Administration tab . Here BusinessAdmin , who has PegaRULES:WorkMgr4 role , is able to see configuration setting values, but not able to modify them.

Pega says that the user with PegaRULES:WorkMgr4 role can Read/Write values.

But this is not happening in our case.

Could anyone help us with this .
