We would like to add a new access group  with only one role to login dev studio, in order to let the members of this AG can modify only paragraph (save as to a production ruleset and then modify).

I tried with below two ARO into the role:

1st is to set all rules can be open all types of rules, 2nd is to allow modify paragraph.

But, it does not work as expected. Paragraph can not be saved as to a production ruleset  to modify, like other rule types.
