Making external process activity as multi threaded

Hi,

There is an activity which process emails.This activity is being called in a flow and the flow is part of ProcessProgramRun.

The corresponding campaign is partitioned but not the external process. How can I make this activity running on multi threaded ?

Hi Durga,

The SendEmailsInBulk agent is responsinble for processing Emails from the PR_DATA_CORR_EMAIL table and performs email transmission.

It is not supported to run on multi-nodes. However if you want to increase the thread counts, then can do so by increasing the thread count in the Topology page (Decisioning: Simulation Settings) for the node which is running SendEmailsInBulk agent.
