Lost all my work from pega cloud for System architect essentials 8.0 course self learning
Hi Team,
I am swathi,
I started self learning on System architect essentials 8.0 course from academy.pega.com. Because of some personal reason i did not open my excercises from past 11 days.
Now when i tried to open and see all the work i have done on to complete excercises, But i was not able to login to the excercise system
Even after providing valid username and password(which is mentioned in excercise) , It still pops up login window
I can login to academy.pega.com successfully. only while loging in to excercise system i am facing problem
does that mean i can not recover my excercise work?i have done all excercises but some portions was pending.
please help me in recovering my work from pega cloud.

Hi Swathi,
Cloud-based exercise systems expire after 10 days of inactivity. This is noted when you claim your exercise system.
To ensure you get a valid exercise system, go to the course overview page and click Options, the Reset exercise system.
If I understand the course exercises, the exercises are not dependent on each other, so you should be able to pick up where you left off.

Hi Eddie,
Thanks for the prompt responce.
Some how i missed that alert showed when i initially opened excercise.
I feel,i would have received an alert mail saying,"i am inactive for 10 days, so i will lose my work if i do not take necessary action".
If possible, please add this in next versions of pega release.which will be really helpful
