Issue on System Architect Essentials I (7.1) - Self-Study

First, when i click the link from <Creating a New Application > then  <Open exercise system> i got the error below. 

 

I re-start my laptop and back to the self-study training again, now it does not recognized the user ID and password provided on self-study manual.

Please advise.
