Lost savings from self-study exercise account
Dear Team,
I’m currently doing my courses for System Architect Essentials II. When I wanted to start with lesson 6 today in the morning, all my savings for my exercise account have been lost.
Is there any possibility to get an exercise version where I can start with the exercise from lesson 6? Or maybe some data to import for my account?
I’m doing the exam in a few days and doing all the exercises again will take too much time.

Hi,
You will need to use the virtual machine (PVS) downloadable from the 3rd lesson. (This is a 4GB file and you will need Oracle VirtualBox.)
You will need to drop an email to [email protected] and ask them for a file to import.

I used the online exercise plattform to practice. So I had a Link after every lesson to open the online system.
Is it the same with the online system?

You can only import files on the PVS, not on the cloud.
If you do not want to redo every exercises, you need to use the PVS and contact self study support.
It is like after 15 days, your system will be reset and you have to restart from scratch again.

I also faced the same issue. Is there no way to get the files back on the cloud. Please help.
Due to work loads was unable to continue and in 15 days it got wiped out. Please help. Thanks!
