System Architect Essentials 8 course
Hi
I have been unable to access this course since the beginning of the week as I keep seeing the following error message: "There has been an issue; please consult your system administrator", so I am here inquiring if there are any major problems and whether this was soon going to be up and running?
I kindly await your response.

OK. This is usually an indication of a stale session.
My recommendation is to use a different browser to see if the issue persists.
You could also log out of Pega Academy in your current browser, then clear the cache, close the browser app completely, then reopen the browser and log back into Pega Academy.

I am able to access SAE 8. Can you try logging out and logging back in to Pega Academy and re-launching the course?

Thank you, but as Eddie said I have been unable to access the course even when I logout and log back in.
I only hope that this will be resolved soon.

Pega Academy is experiencing issues with the cloud exercise environment. We are working to resolve the issues as quickly as possible.

Thank you for your kindly responding quickly.
I cannot access the course at all, I was intending to go through the exercises, but I would also like to go through the actual course content primarily as I am preparing for my CSA exam.
