SYSTEM ARCHITECT ESSENTIALS 8 - Lost with the Course Series

I began with the course of SYSTEM ARCHITECT ESSENTIALS 8, I reached to the section 5 (Case Management: Controlling the case workflow) but I something wrong with the following of the course! the lessons assumed you already create a lot of fields and screens without ask you to do this before! and seems there is no sorting in the lessons, I completely lost!
I download the VM and working from it to apply the contents of the lessons because I couldn't find the URL of the cloud version! the trail edition is just 30 days and not compatible with the lessons of this course.
So please advice here.

The System Architect Essentials course comes with two options to complete the exercises:
1. The cloud based exercise system
2. The downloadable virtual machine
Both of these options have the necessary assets loaded in order to complete the training. It is not recommended you use the Personal Edition to try and do the exercises for the course.
Please either used the clouds based exercise system or downloadable virtual machine and you should see your issue disappear.
The exercises are set up so that they need not be done in an order. As such it is important you pay attention to the login credentials as it will give you access to the application at many different build stages.
