Local action access

There is a local action  in action menu of case worker portal user have to open the local action  based on the when condition in flow action Security tab

In action menu of case worker portal I have a local action name as add details. based on when condition given in flow action( add details) the certain user only able to open the local action add details

Hi,

We can give directly in case type

open case type --> Workflow --> optional action (top right corner)

there we can define case wide or stage wide local action

on defining the local action click on it on right you see visibility option 

there we can define when condition
