Load Testing: Pega Robotics 8.0 Desktop application

application overview:

Our client has developed the application using Pega Robotics which is a Destop based application uses Runtime file to launch the application.

It is communicating with Sharepoint during launch Of application to dowload the Excel sheet

Later we need to authenticate through AS400 application.

Then we need to use the Pega Robotics to perform further action.

Tool : Load Runner

Q: will the LR support recording , if yes, which protocol

Note: I have tried with Com / Dcom & Mulitprotocol using Web & Com & Dcom : it was not success

For the capabilities of LoadRunner, It would probably be best to explore that with the software provider.  LoadRunner is not something that Pega produces and would have no significant level of expertise that you would find useful.
