Unable to Interrogate the Calculator application in Pega Robotics 8.0 on WIndows 10
Hi,
I am trying to interrogate the Calculator application in Windows 10. When I add the path of the application in the studio and click on start interrogation, It will open the calculator application but I am not able to interrogate the controls on it. Please suggest a solution .
Any inputs appreciated.

I believe the Windows 10 calculator is written using controls which we don't support. Whatever it is written in though, it sounds like you aren't seeing the controls anyway which would mean it isn't a currently supported technology. I believe Windows 10 LTSB includes the legacy calculator from prior versions though, so you can probably use that if you are using that version.

Am not getting what you're trying to say,So you meant to say that Pega robotics-8.0.1016 doesn't support or integrate Windows 10-Caluclator,thenw hat could be the solution for this,beacuse it is disabling Interrogation For Calci.exe.

Try interrogating another application such as Notepad. If that does not work, then you will likely need to open an SR to have a support representative examine your machine. If you do, please post the SR number here for tracking purposes.

It is hard to tell from your screenshot, but to me it looks like the when you start interrogation the application launches and then interrogation ends. Is that what is happening? If so, this would indicate that the app at the path you have specified is actually spawning another app and then ending. The best way to determine that is to watch Task Manager as you launch the initial app.
If this is indeed the case, the you would need to use the StartAndWait method to start your app. The path would stay the same, but set the TargetPath property to the app that is spawned.

it is taking the longer time , when we open in the interrogation mode , which is not at all acceptable

Were you able to find a solution to this? I am having the same issue and when I set it to Start and Wait, it throws an exception error.

Can you try interrogating Notepad? Are you having the same issue?

I was able to interrogate notepad but still not the CRM application

I believe you should open an SR to have support examine your machine. If you cannot interrogate CRM, but you can interrogate other applications, then you likely have the path property of your adapter set wrong. Can you launch CRM outside of Pega Robotics Studio? If so, and if you are using the same path to launch it, then you'll need the assistance of a support representative.
If you do open an SR, please post the number here for tracking.
