Uninstall Pega Robotics 8.0

Hello. Can someone tell me how to uninstall Pega Robotics 8.0? The message "[OpenSpan.DriverService32] could not be stopped. Verify that you have sufficient provileges to stop system services." was shown and I couldn't unstall Pega Robotics.

Will it not allow you to continue uninstalling without stopping the service? You can try to stop the service (OpenSpan.DriverService32) in task manager, worst case scenario.
