Accessibility Testing: Issues with colors

We are using Pega 7.2 and are using the default case manager portal which uses the skin pyEndUser71 (UI-Kit-7:06-01-01). When we run accessibility testing, we get the following errors on almost all of the UI elements.

1. Content specifies foreground (text) color but doesn't specify background color

2. Content specifies background color but doesn't specify foreground (text) color

How can we fix this issue as it is marked as critical and we can't go to production without fixing this issue?

Please respond to the following questions:-

1. Have you included the Pega-WAI ruleset?

2. What browser and version are you using? 

3. Please attach screen shots showing the error.
