PDF/A device-specific color space Issue.

I am trying to generate PDF/A document from pega. 

When checked with external Validator generated PDF/A document is not complaint. 

I was able to fix few issues, but below issues still persist. 

A device-specific color space (DeviceGray) without an appropriate output intent is used.

A device-specific color space (DeviceRGB) without an appropriate output intent is used.

Does anyone able to resolve this issue from pega or any third party lib is used for conversion ?

 

Docx to HTML to PDF/A has issue

OOTB HTMLToPDF with HTML stream built in Pega also has same issue
