Live UI and SMA Not working on PVS LSA_719_VM_20160708

Hi ,

Iam not able to launch live UI and SMA from LSA_719_VM_20160708.

Please let me know if there is anthing i need to change

Try to open SMA from Designer Studio ->System->Operations -> SMA.

The url does not work in Chrome and use IE browser.
