Killing stuck threads in SMA
While t6rying to kill the stuck threads from SMA, found that the requestor was not getting stopped.
Steps taken to replicate this issue:
Logged in to SMA
Select the requestor of the stuck threads and then clicked on interrupt.
When it didn't work I tried the same and clicked stop, but It still didn't work.
Please let us know if there is any other alternative stop the struck requestors from SMA

Instead of killing threads, can you please generate a thread dump for further review? What version of Pega is this? What kind of env (Prod, Staging, QA, Test, etc). Maybe there is a reason the requestor cannot killed - thread dumps can give us clues.
