We have a requirement to maintain the entire email conversation trail in a case. Understand that posts can be made to Pulse but has anyone had experience with doing this through attachments. If you open latest email correspondence you should see the history of the conversation not only that email. We do not have Virtual Assistant option available yet as an option if that would have helped.
