JIRA Integration with 7.4

Currently we are investigating integrating JIRA with 7.4 Agile Workbench. After providing the rest api link, i begin to setup the integration. However when I do, no projects are returned in PRPC. Currently in JIRA, we have one big board, with all of our stories in it, Why are these not returning, so that i can assign the project to the app rule.

Hello Marvin,

 

May i know what kind of authentication JIIRA service supporting and please elaborate how you are integrating with pega ? to help you better

 

it would be better if you can explain if the same service is working fine with any other REST clients? (like postman,SOAPUI,browser (for get call)).
