After removing the work pool filter from pyAgeByFlowAssignment or pyProcessStepDuration, the report is still defaulting to a work pool - one work pool in the developer portal, and a different one in the manager portal. I would like the report definintion to return results for all work pools in the system on one report. Is it possible to run either of these reports for every work pool/case type in the system, once the work pool filter has been removed?
Different work pools can be associated with different database tables which means that if we need to get records from different tables, we need to use the UNION construct in the underlying SQL. This is currently not supported in report definitions.
That said, if you know that all your work pools map to the same database table underneath, you can modify the pxObjClass filter condition of the report to take a parameter in the RHS. The parameter value can be set to a comma separated list of classes and the platform will form the right SQL underneath.
