Creating new case types seems not possible when the original organization unit has been deleted
It seems that after you have deleted the organizational unit that has been created when running the New Application Wizard, it is not possible any more to create new cases by pushing the "add case" button. It seems that Pega has troubles with a "pyOwningUnit".
To reproduce:
1. Create a new application using the wizard (which creates a unit Org/Dev/Unit and several users)
2.Create a new organizational unit "NewUnit" and move the users to that unit
3.Delete the orginally created unit (usually called "Unit")
4.Create a new case type.
You get the error message as displayed in the attachment.
A workaround is to re-create the unit, but I was wondering if there is a more elegant way.
