Issue regarding configure view in pega 8.8
I am creating sections but it isnt added to the view for respective steps in pega 8.8 . previously it was automatically being added in 8.7. What to do?

Hi @JATIND66: Can you add some more details. When you say you are creating sections, are you creating in DEV studio?
And where you are not able to see those sections?

@ArulDevan Yes i am creating in dev studio and it should be automatically configured on the view for the steps in the case type as we are manually creating sections . But when i click on configure view for the paticular step it is showing add fields where as in 8.7 version it was showing the section has been manually edited.

Hi @JATIND66: When updating the section in DEV studio if you have changed the section from using design template to section editor, then you can't edit it from the case designer using configure view option. Only sections which are using design templates can be edited in Case designer. Please check if this is the case.

Hi @JATIND66: This is expected. As mentioned, if the section is not using design templates, you will not be able to perform changes in case designer using configure view option.
As a best practice, create section using design templates.

@SrinidhiM From app studio it is working but isn't updating when i manually create from dev studio.
