Regarding Test cases for case type in pega 8.8

When I start record test case for case type . My portal gets logout  in 8.8 cosmos react theme. I am not able to create test case for case type.  let me know the solution for this

1.    Check for any browser compatibility issues: Ensure that you are using a supported browser for Pega 8.8 Cosmos React theme. 2.    Clear browser cache: Clearing the browser cache and cookies may resolve the issue. 3.    Check for any browser extensions: Certain browser extensions may cause compatibility issues with Pega. Try disabling the extensions temporarily to see if the issue is resolved. 4.    Check for system maintenance: If there is any system maintenance being performed, you may face temporary issues while accessing the portal. These are some of the common solutions that can help resolve the issue.
