Issue with the cloud instance
Hi, I enrolled for "Pega Decisioning Consultant (v8.0)" course. I am currently at "Unit 15 of 24: Designing decision strategies for real-life scenarios". I am trying to complete an assignment on the cloud instance. I am unable to create offers/propositions under the required issue/group i.e Sales > Cards. I am getting a null pointer exception when trying to click Create and Open. Actually I was trying to upload the offers from an excel sheet. But due to slowness or someother issue, the upload kept failing partially. So I tried deleting the offers created. I think in that process, I have deleted some rule related to cards group. That might be the reason for the null pointer exception.
How do I fix it?

The easiest way to fix it is to just wait for 4h, the cloud will expire, and then you can request a new one. Once you requested a new one, if you are still running into issues please give us the cloud URL (before you delete too many rules :-) ) so that we can have a look.
