Interrogation Web Application Silverlight

Hello everybody!

We are trying to interrogate a web application using the default controls of Pega Robotics Studio 8.2025. However, we have not been able to recognize the buttons and labels (Pega interrogates a control object). It seems that is a Microsoft SilverLight based web application (see image attached).

Do you know how we can interrogate this web application? Can we use control regions?

SilverLight is not supported.  You can use OCR for screens but this is only recommended for RPA (unattended) automation.

OCR for screens methods exist on Web and Windows adapters (look for methods ending in ByOCR)
