Please follow the below steps... and please review the vendor implementation guide as well

1.FCL Folder

Fcl is a control file which understand RightFax server only.PDF file is actually which need to fax.Fax status folder contain the status file.

Generate the Meta data file (.fcl) based on the FCL syntax and place it the FCL folder.

Right fax server will be configured to monitor the FCL folder continuously.

Whenever Pegaa puts the .fcl file into the FCL folder, Right fax will read the .fcl and process it immediately.

During the operation, Right fax will read the fcl file from above mentioned folder and corresponding PDF filename and fax number will be retrieved from the fcl file for processing.

Once the process is complete, Right fax server will remove the .fcl from the folder.

All fcl file should have at least 3 commands: {{begin}}, {{end}}, and a command that specifies the type of transmission.

2.   PDF Folder

Place the actual PDF file to be faxed in the Right fax server PDF folder.

Right Fax server will read the PDF file during the FCL fax process.

All the PDF files will be maintained in the same folder after the processing also.

3.   Fax Status Folder

Fax status folder is used to get the status of the fax message sent.

Right fax server will place the status file OutFaxDump.txt into the folder for every 15 minutes (Configurable)

Pega can read the OutFaxDump.txt files to get the status.

Right fax log file is dynamic, if you plan to use a third-party application to access the log information you must make sure the file is opened in shared mode. Also, no third-party application should be granted write access, and should not be configured so as to keep the log file open for more than 10 to 20 seconds. The optimal method for third-party access is to make a copy of the log file, and then access data from the copy.

Create separate table in Pega and stores all the right fax status fields in the table

4.   Right Fax Configurations

Create the following configurable properties in PEGA. These parameters will be subjected to changed based on the environment

Server

UserName

Password

FCL folder

PDF folder

Status folder

5.   Right Fax Integration Sequence Diagram

Connect the right fax server and process it . Actual PDF files should be placed before the FCL file.
