Skpye integration with pega

Hi,

We have requirement to integrate the existing pega application with skype on lync which is main chat application in firm. The pega application is creating requests for approvers to approve and sign the documents in generated request. As per requirement when request is generated or any action like approval/rejection performed on request then approvers can get message on skype.

How to perform integration with skype on lync application in this case?

Please advice.
