@gopik536 can you clarify what Pega version you are on?
Can you provide details of what troubleshooting you have carried out?
Perhaps these documents will help you further:
Push to Active MQ - possible from PEGA?
can anyone help in detailed how to integrate pega with Active MQ to push messages.
How to read the message from MQ?
How to set listener for ActiveMQ
Bring Messages from ActiveMQ to to Pega platform 7.4
JMS MDB Listener Configuration Pega 7.4
I also found some external documentation.

@gopik536 from a past support ticket I could see the required steps to set this up were:
1. Create JNDI Server rule 2. Provide all the connection details. 3. Create JMS Listener using JNDI Server look up. 4. Enable the Listener 5. Push Msg to Queue 6. Listener should be able to pick the msg. 7. Add username and password in Custom properties of JNDI Server.
When we use ActiveMQ we need to provide username and password in custom property so that it will pick the credentials from there.
Please refer to the below links for more detail.

Service MQ rules are no longer being actively developed. To avoid upgrade issues when these rules are deprecated, use Service JMS rules instead. For more information about Service JMS rules, see Service JMS rules.

If you still need further help please log a support incident and provide the support team with the full JNDI Look up config, including how you have set up user credentials mentioned in the custom properties so that the message is picked up from the queue. They will also need context.xml, web.xml, Listener config,, Service Package, .Service JMS, JMS connector (to test this ActiveMQ), JNDI server, logs etc.

@gopik536 I have checked and can see that you logged INC-224083 for this.
In the ticket you provided further details which is that you are using amqp protocol whereas Pega will suppport only TCp protocol.
You were informed that the support engineer checked internally with the Product Management team and told that amqps protocol is not supported by Pega and there are no plans to introduce this feature in the current version of the Product at the moment.
We raised a Feedback item FDBK-88318 as part of the enhancement request.
