Walkme integration
I have requirement to integrate Walkme (guided tour tool) with the Pega Platform (8.2). The requirement is to have the walkme available on all the screens if the app. Based on these, I have the below questions?
a) Does Pega have any OOTB tools to integrate Walkme on the platform?
b) Walkme suggest that its sinppet code be pasted on the 'Master HTML'. What would that be in the case of Pega as a platform and considering the above requirements?
I searched for any documents that mentioned Walkme on the Pega community, but could not find any. Could someone help or have experience with such a request?

Thanks for the info! I'll check out the application guide. Meanwhile would you please be able to confirm if pasting the Walkme snippet to the Master HTML would even work in Pega ( This is usually followed in web portals). If so, what would be the "Master" HTML for Pega ?

Pega has partnered with Walkme in the past but I have not seen many SRs related to this. I did see an issue with a client who was using Walkme and Pega Robotics and had to disable Walkme due to "multiple frames" interfering with Robotics ability to keep track of elements. Also, I do not see anything related to a development effort - which is the best way to track documents that might have been authored and published.
That said, I do want to mention that this type of functionality has been incorporated into the Pega product (from 7.4 forward). It is implemented through "Application Guides". From Resources in Designer Studio, you can access this and the landing page mentions - "You can create an application guide that directs users through a set of tasks. A task can provide instructions to the user and can include links to a landing page, wizard, URL, rule, or data record." You can refer to this link to get an overview.

Walkme announced partnership with Pega in 2016. They might have an implementation guide. I reached out to Pega Product Management and they informed me that Pega has recently engaged in new discussions as well. Stay tuned.
