Instruction for coverting data tables(PRPC 6.3) to new local data storage format(PRPC 7.1.7)
Just upgrade application from PRPC 6.3 to PRPC 7.1.7, in "Data Model:Data Tables" tab, it list a few tables that need to converted to local data storage format:
Data Tables have been replaced by the new local data storage format. Please click 'Convert' on each data table to convert them into the new format. To create storage for a new data type, go to the Data Explorer.
Click on "Convert", it jumps to page "Configure source for record editor use" and ask for the " value for first record", so what should be put in there? Do we need to type in values for all records?

I did a couple quick searches across our knowledge-base and I believe you just need to specify the data type you want to convert to.

I also found this support article that gives a brief explanation of how to create a new local data source, further supporting you just need to associate the data type (class).
