This instance conflicts with Final record

How to save a final rule in my work class and application ruleset? I wanted to change the default subject line in the email which is like "WorkType (PYID), from OperatorName is waiting for approval' when email approval is enabled in the case designer. I wanted to change the email subject by saving the NotifyAllAssignee in my workclass and application ruleset but an error. Would you please elaborate how we use the final rules in our application?

You can give a try of saving the referenced rule if it's not final one and change the activity name to personalized one
