RuleSet conflicts with a RuleSet <abc> that will be generated.

Hello everyone. I am new to pega. I am trying to learn using Pega Personal Edition. 

I am trying to create a application with following settings and getting error. Can you please suggest what could be the issue? Attached is the screenshot. I have not created any other application/ruleset yet.
