Optional Process - SAE I Training conflict
Hi all,
I am trying to resolve in my mind what seems to be a conflict. During the SAE I course material, specifically the video for
Creating an Optional Process
https://academy.pega.com/prweb/PegaSSO/WmhSmvRrQ7qWntq73M7R4oiuqIskpuJu*/!STANDARD?...
it specifically mentions Optional Processes that can be accessed case-wide, not just in one stage. It even shows the tab where this can be set up.
BUT, in the quiz that follows, the answer to
"Which of the following statements are accurate when we define an optional Process? (Choose One)"
is given as
Optional process can be triggered only in the stage where it is defined
How can both of these be true? Help a newbie out, I am studying the SAE I and II courses again...thanks
