Overriding a Rule with availability [Final, Internal]
The rule attached below is a OOTB rule with availablility [Final, Internal]. Can i override this ?

No. you cannot override a final rule. Only option is to rename the rule and modify the referencing rule accordingly.

You cannot override the OOTB pzStageProcessesList section rule (Pega-EndUserUI:07-10-17), since it is a Final rule. You could save pzStageProcessesList using a different name into your ruleset and then update all the references accordingly.

Hi Anuj,
Could you please raise an enhancement request on Pega to make it available. Any rule referred in end user portal should be available. I don't see a reason for this to be a final rule. Could you raise an SR explaining what you intend to do.

@AnujN348 As a useful tip: if you override an OOTB rule with a rule that has a different name, this will not show up when upgrading in the tasks to check. You can choose to put these in a recognisable ruleset similar to the Pega ruleset, i.e. if a rule is in PegaCRM-SFA, save it to [Org]CRM-SFA in an extension application.
