Insert text at cursor point on click of a button
Hi,
I have a value in the clipboard and I want to insert that in the Rich text editor where the cursor is placed at the exact position. Can anyone help on this or provide any reference to it and quick help is highly appreciated.

And i believe out of the box we dont have any mechanism to handle it,
One way could be to call some JS function on click of the button which can read the position of the cursor and place the data from clipboard over there.

Hi @Santanu_GCS,
I have a dropdown value and after selecting one value, there will be one button to insert it inside the rich text editor.
Let me know how it can be done.
