Increase the timeout at proxy
Hello,
We are running PEGA 8.4.1 in developpement environnement. (JBoss 7.1 + SQL Server)
We have an issue when we import JAR more than 1 Mo we have a proxy error (event if we import on the server temp folder)
Proxy Error The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server. The proxy server could not handle the request POST /prweb/app/PegaRULES_/pbdorj4V2aBoI4ScEONLsEaxdEWiqDby*/!TABTHREAD0
The support ask me to increase the proxy timeout to 180 seconds. But they dont want to tell me how to do this.
I found this link (like the support i think) but how to implement this solution ?

Hi we upgraded to Pega 8.5 and we have the same problem, during import we received almost always a proxy error, then after if we try to re-import the failed jar the system says that all is updated and no rules are imported.
Can someone help us?

I have tried this approach "Alternatively, place the file in the ServiceExport directory of the Pega explicit temp directory (…\ExplicitTempDirectory\StaticContent\global\ServiceExport). This will bypass the need to upload the file."
It has worked fine for me.
