Product rule created in version 01-01-99 is not getting deployed to higher environments via Devops.

All,

Is there a limitation in Pega with respect to having rules in patch version 99?

We had a scenario where in we created product rule in version 01-01-99, and when we tried to push it via DevOps pipeline, the deployment says successful but the rules are not reflecting in higher environments. 

Wanted to check if this is a limitation from pega end?

Do we have solution to fix this?
