DevOps Accelerator Pack 7.2 - Unable to get product list in Deployment Request

Dear Colleagues,

I've installed DevOps Accelerator Pack 7.2 and was able to configure properly a new application and release.

Nevertheless when trying to create a deployment request, the product list is not showing. Application name and version are correct, and in sync with what we have in Dev instance.

See screenshot attached.

What could be the root cause ?

Following error message can be seen in server logs

2018-04-13 12:50:13,488 [22.9.91-20020-exec-3] [TABTHREAD1] [                    ] [    PegaPRESTO:07.20] (  internal.clipboard.XMLStream) ERROR dse-mid-dev00001|xx.xx.xx.xx cnpReleaseManager - Invalid JSON request. Reason : JSON text must start with '{' or '[' at 0 [character 1 line 1]

Hi Sriram, Thank you so much for your time today. Issue is now fixed. Subscribing the application from the source server was the main root cause. To fix this problem you need to connect to the DevOps application from the source server with prestoclient operator and then subscribe to the server/application. Thanks again. Kind Regards, Djibril

Hi Djibril Ndoye,

Can you please do the following checks.

1. Please check the development environment connectivity with DevOps server.

- To accomplish this , Click on application name in the dashboard and select "Manage Environments".Then, click on "Test Connection" , to test the connectivity of a particular environment.

2. Check whether the product rules are available in development environment or not.

If both are success, then there might be some configuration issue. Please send the entire log so that we can debug further.

Hello Sriram, Checking connectivity individually on each environment is successful but checking it as a whole fails. Also product rules are present on source environment. There are several exceptions in the logs when walking though various cases. I'll send you directly server logs. Kind Regards, Djibril.
