Increase Max Records in Report Definition
Hi
I see that Report Definition queries maximum 500 records at a given time.
How can I increase this limit to query all the records in database table..?

Please take care of the performance overhead of bringing all the records in memory.
You can always set the "Maximum number of rows to retrieve" in the Data Access tab of report definition rule to 0 (zero) to return all the records.

I know this but my question is different. Say I have 10K records in a table and this table grows in size gradually over time. How would I make I sure that report queries all the records and not just a hard coded value e.g. 10K

Hi, In that case, just enable pagination in your report. whne pagination is enabled, then max row count is ignored an dit will pull all records unless timed out due to very very high no of records ... so you may have to optimize that if needed.
