Import all the interactions on existing application
Hi,
we created a new application (implementation) based on the "Customer Service", using the application wizard. During the wizard we didn't select any of the interaction proposed. Right now we have the requirement to use some kind of interactions, but we are not able to import these on our application (neither from the case type import nor from the app studio). Is there any way to do that?
We tried to create a Work-Interaction class under our workpool but that was not enough. I think that some configurations are missing for the interaction driver and the data model.

@LucaBi012 I have a similar problem, I created an implementation application on top of a framework application (this FW application is built on Pega CS). Later we needed to create another implementation application, and I think we forgot to add any Interaction channels, so the interaction classes and drivers for the new implementation application are missing... If you go to App Studio > Settings > Interactions it says "No items".
Any help on this is appreciated :)
